I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, recommending great restaurants and providing me with useful information. The hotel facilities were impressive, with two pools and a lovely garden. I also appreciated the location, which was just a short walk from the hotel's own beach. The cleanliness was impeccable, making my stay all the more enjoyable.

Apartments are clean but very basic and a little worn out , need a litle t,l,c bit of damp in bedroom from bathroom wall and toilet made a lot of noise when (slowly) refilling after flushing .

Swimming pool. Close to lake. Underground garage.

Didn't have the room booked (twin instead of double). No air con in room while it was 25 during night.

Located across from a lake with easy beach access. Fun, family-friendly activities are offered by staff. Room was clean and comfortable.

The hotel is outdated and needs renovations. Noise from other guests and activities can be disruptive.

Peaceful nature surroundings, close to lake, surrounded by trees, nice pool, friendly and helpful staff, good tips about the area.

There was nothing I didn't like.

Quite place to relax with family. Free access to a swimming pool where it is possible to really swim (20 m long). There is a small shop in the compound where it is possible to buy food (bread, cheese, jam, wine,...) and stuff we may have forgotten: soap, batteries, Good starting place to visit the area (with a car): lake Trasimeno and its islands, Assisi, Perugia, Tuscani. Animation: a friendly staff organise various free activities: aquagym, quizz, dance for children every evening, table tennis or tennis tournament. Our child enjoyed those activities very much.

We booked a two room apartment for up to 4 people. We thought we would have two sleeping rooms but there was one sleeping room and two beds in the living room (sofa bed). There are bike for rent but they only have adult size. The tennis court is not free: €7.5 for a game. (Sometime less if we did not play long)

Great for families with many activities available such as tennis, basketball and biking. the rooms are spacious and have a small outdoor area. the staff was helpful and provided us with a guide to the area. the hotel is located within walking distance of a fantastic restaurant and has access to the beach.

The hotel is not suitable for a quiet, relaxing Christmas break, as the families with children had activities that were too loud at times, making it hard to relax. the hotel is located in a remote area, so transportation is needed for exploring the surrounding cities and nearby attractions.

The pool was very nice and the appartment had adequate cooking facilities. The bed was very comfortable.

Satellite T.V. was damaged during the thunderstorm and we remained without T.V. for 3 days until the end of our stay. The market was closed. We had to pay for the towels. Bathroom facilities very poor.

Surrounded by nature near the lake, it's a tranquil place for families to enjoy a vacation. the clean rooms and friendly staff provide a pleasant stay. Several sports facilities including tennis courts, a basketball court, kiddies playground, and bikes are there to make the trip more fun and adventurous. good restaurants and entertainment nearby make it an ideal spot for a family trip.

Cheap hotel

The twin beds was very uncomftoble, we took the mattress and slept on the floor

This is the only place we've stayed where they didn't clean the room for four days. They also wanted to charge extra for breakfast, towels,air conditioning, heat, and maid service. When you sit on the toilet your feet are in the shower. The room had a dirty mop type of smell.
